A balanced meal is best. A grilled fish like mackerel, rice, miso soup and some manner of vegetable is the ideal. Ramen, tempura, and other heavier or not fully nutritious meals I'd rather eat in moderation, when necessary.
[obviously, he prefers to get those things from the top tier restaurants, but he stops for ramen in other places when he needs a quick lunch. it's just not ideal.]
