[well. this is new.
they should have ended up back in heidelberg with the latest jump, leaving harold's timeline and seeing things restored to at least what kyle had always known them to be. but instead, he's left on a busy street surrounded by all kinds of things he's never seen before...
and he definitely looks out of place with a sword strapped to his back and a fashion sense that is straight-up 2001 in here. okay. it's fine, he can handle this.]
I wonder where the others landed. I hope they're close, this city looks huge... [and also really cool. but he's not exactly sure where to start, and he's a little concerned about asking a random stranger on the street—the last time he did that, he almost blew his own cover pretty easily.
