[akira's really not fussed about being paid back. he gets the sense that if he doesn't take care of these things for yusuke, nobody else will.
after all, yusuke is absolutely the sort to put his art over his health—and while the others with sigh and help in their own ways, akira takes it as a personal responsibility of his own as both leader and friend to tend to this sort of thing.
