[if nothing else, it's nice to see yusuke taking an interest in it—he's usually so absorbed in his art that there's hardly even room for anything else. when it's like this, it feels like yusuke is expanding his horizons and growing a bit.
which is undoubtedly a good thing, because it means he'll be able to expand what he can do with his art and the inspiration it requires, too. maybe right now it's just coffee, but it offers a lot of potential, even if akira's not sure where that will lead yet.
for now... well.
he's watching with intent, curious to see how yusuke will react to the coffee. it's quite a process, but even still—maybe if he keeps up like this, his own ability will improve and he'll make a worthwhile brew of his own? who knows.]
[Akira's a special case, as well—he wouldn't show such interest unless Akira was involved in it. Certainly he enjoys boss's coffees, but it's not Akira and therefore he's less inclined to ask or pursue questioning further.
He tastes carefully, swirling and sipping and (even though he's not a connoisseur of coffee or otherwise) considering it with a solemnity that somebody else might side-eye him for.

after all, yusuke is absolutely the sort to put his art over his health—and while the others with sigh and help in their own ways, akira takes it as a personal responsibility of his own as both leader and friend to tend to this sort of thing.

I guess that's why he can stay open even though a lot of days are like this. [though in the end, it's hard to mind it because they can chat casually like this without it being an issue.]
