[the problem here is not just that kashuu is targeting someone before the sun is even fully up—it's that he's targeting stahn, of all people. stahn is not a morning person. stahn loves sleep, and waking him up is... an absolute challenge in all ways.
so it's not that stahn is ignoring kashuu when he doesn't respond. it's not that he doesn't want to be there in their meeting spot when an hour passes. it's just that the only way to wake stahn up properly that early if he doesn't do so on his own is to slam a ladle against a frying pan until it shocks him out of bed.
